Rider Check-In

Check-in begins at 8:00 AM

Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your ride time. You’ll get your bike number and event goody bag.
Team Captains assign ride times for their team members. Check with your Captain to confirm your schedule!

Parking

Parking is available in the JCC main upper lot. Please do not park in the Sports and Fitness parking lot adjacent to the ball field.

What You Need to Bring

Sneakers: Along with your cycling shoes, all riders should bring sneakers! We cannot guarantee your cycling shoes will be compatible with the bikes.

Event Day Information

We will have “Why I Ride” tribute cards available at the ride for you to hang on your bike letting everyone know who you are riding for.

Team Photo: Don’t forget to have your team take a memorable group picture in front of the official Wheel to Survive backdrop! We will post team and event photos on Facebook and Instagram the week following your ride.

Food and Beverage: There will be plenty of complimentary food, bottled water and corewater® beverages available during the event.  Thank you Whole Foods, ID Life and Core Hydration!

Raffle and Silent Auction: We have some great raffle and silent auction items on display.  You may buy raffle tickets online here prior to the event (you will pick them up at check in) and you may buy them at the event. Silent auction bids can be made at the event throughout the day.

Vendor Expo: Make sure to visit our Vendor Expo and check some great products to sample.

1. REGISTER

Gather a team of riders or join an existing team and participate in the event relay style.  If you are riding relay style each team member can ride for one or more 50 minute sessions.  If your feel up to the challenge you can ride the entire event as an extreme rider.

2.  FUNDRAISE

Each rider commits to raising $250 for each hour they ride.  We provide you with your own individual fundraising page where you can share why you ride and add photos and even videos. Share your page through social media to reach your supporters.

3.  RIDE

Come out and have fun!  You will be riding with the best instructors from around the city.   Get your team spirit on and you may even win a prize!  Encourage your team to create a team t-shirt, decorate your team bikes and take team pictures.
